Brently Heilbron is an actor, writer, comic, and musician based out of Austin, Texas.
Brently Heilbron has appeared in television shows like The Leftovers, and Friday Night Lights and served as producer, writer, and host for the PBS comedy series stand up empire.
On film, he can be seen in Robert Rodriguez’s family adventure We Can Be Heroes, the #6 most streamed movie on Netflix of all time. Brently previously collaborated with the director on his $7,000 film project, Red 11.
As a musician and songwriter, Brently performed in his own NPR Tiny Desk Concert with the world’s only emo puppet band Fragile rock (yep, that’s a thing). Fragile Rock has been an official showcasing artist at SXSW for multiple years.
Brently lives in the queso capital of the world, Austin Texas. In 2023, he founded the music publishing and production company Tin Pan Pally with his wife Elle Mahoney.
